Petrostreamz is a spin-off from PERA and builds upon its success story and core values. Our team is dedicated to engineering perfection through quality of work, knowledge and innovation. Our team are hand-picked from a pool of quality PhD's and industry engineers. Nearly all continents are represented in our work force and multi-culturalism complements the engineering skills to help us identify with our world-wide client base.

Petrostreamz provides Pipe-It software and expert consultancy. We offer Pipe-It training, customized Pipe-It modules, and plug-in solver solutions for Pipe-It Optimizer. Our Pipe-It specialists combine EOS and compositional modeling prowess with extensive experience building complex integrated-models for asset optimization.

Petrostreamz AS provides the innovative software Pipe-It, and specialty consultancy services revolving around the use of Pipe-It.

Pipe-it can be leased annually, or in some cases with a shorter-term lease.

Small and mid-size consultancy companies can become a Petrostreamz Pipe-It Partner, where in-house use of Pipe-It is provided without cost, but the consultant's client will need to license Pipe-It when the client wants to run Pipe-It locally.

Specialty services include:
  • Building Pipe-It projects, from A-to-Z.
  • Training - beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pipe-It usage.
  • Pipe-It model maintenance and sustainability services.
  • Creating custom stream conversion methods - e.g. black-oil to compositional, EOS delumping, and stream splitting.
  • Setup Pipe-It Well Test module to automatically convert well test rates at varying (p,T) conditions to product rates from a common surface process.
  • Design complex allocation and ownership systems based on detailed component and product tracking.
  • Create a custom Pipe-It Crude Assay Blender module for mixing crude streams, allocation distribution, and ownership tracking.
  • Build custom black-oil delumpng to detailed compositional streams, applied as post-processing to reservoir simulation runs.
  • Remote webex meetings to design Pipe-It solutions to your particular problems.

We can also provide Pipe-It module-specific training, e.g. how to convert well test rates to consistent rates based on a fixed, well-defined set of separator conditions.
